To determine the cold and heat of newborns, we mainly rely on measuring the body temperature of newborns. The body temperature of newborns should reach more than 36.5℃, and as newborns gradually adapt to the surrounding environment, the body temperature should be controlled between 36-37℃. If the newborn’s body temperature is low considering the cold, it will cause the newborn’s skin to circulate poorly and the surface skin to appear patterned, especially in winter when the body temperature is below 35℃, it will easily cause the fatty tissue to coagulate and form local hard swelling. If the newborn’s body temperature is higher than 37 ℃ indicates overheating, this time it is necessary to open the bag to dissipate heat, properly lower the surrounding temperature, help the newborn physical cooling, so that the body temperature back down to within 37 ℃.
