The early symptoms of lung cancer are often not obvious and have no specific performance. Lung cancer chest pain is usually caused by the involvement of pleura or chest wall, and the early chest pain is characterized by continuous, fixed and severe chest pain, which is aggravated by coughing or breathing. Like other cancer pains, lung cancer pain is caused by many factors, including infiltration or invasion of adjacent blood vessels, nerves, lymphatic vessels, soft tissues, internal organs and bone tissues by cancer cells, resulting in dull pain or hidden pain by compression or stimulation, as well as pain, abnormal sensation and muscle atrophy in corresponding parts caused by compression of nerves.
