The need for surgical treatment of a 1.3cm x 1.0cm breast nodule is determined by the grading of the nodule. Surgery is required if the nodule is graded at grade 3 or higher and malignancy is considered. Surgery is the most direct and effective way to remove the nodule. In ultrasound, breast nodules are usually graded according to their morphology, borders, and peripheral blood supply, and the number 0-6 is used to indicate that the higher the number, the higher the likelihood of malignancy, and the diagnosis can be aided by pathologic biopsy. Usually for the third grade and below the smaller nodules do not do treatment, need only regular review can be, for the third grade of larger or more than three grade of malignant possibility, feasible surgical resection treatment. According to the postoperative pathology, the patient should receive follow-up treatment as prescribed by the doctor. It is recommended that patients go to regular hospitals in time, and the clinician will combine with the examination to choose the appropriate treatment plan.
