Fibrosarcoma belongs to soft tissue sarcoma, and the symptoms of fibrosarcoma metastasis have a great relationship with the site of metastasis, and the common manifestations are: respiratory symptoms, lymph node enlargement, pathologic fracture and so on. 1. Respiratory symptoms: the most common metastatic site is lung. Usually, patients will not have obvious symptoms when the metastases are small, but when the metastases are increasing, they can cause a series of respiratory symptoms, such as coughing, coughing up sputum, hemoptysis, dyspnea, pleural effusion and so on. 2. Enlarged lymph nodes: the occurrence of lymph node metastasis is a sign of poor prognosis of the patients, and the patients mostly show enlarged lymph nodes on the surface of the body adjacent to the fibrosarcoma, for example, axillary lymph nodes of upper limb fibrosarcoma can be enlarged, and popliteal or inguinal lymph nodes of lower limb fibrosarcoma can be enlarged, and so on. 3. Pathological fracture: patients with fibrosarcoma should be suspected of bone metastasis when they have persistent pain in limbs or back, if not intervened in time, the tumor cells can cause pathological fracture by continuously destroying the bone quality. Patients who are suspected of fibrosarcoma metastasis are suggested to go to the hospital as soon as possible to consult the professional doctor to make scientific treatment plan after clarifying the condition as soon as possible.
