Right hip and shoulder pain may be caused by fatigue. If you have done some strenuous activities, such as running, jumping, squatting and other activities, after resting, you may feel pain in the tendons and muscles around the right hip joint, which is due to strain or lactic acid accumulation in these tendons and muscles, which in turn causes pain in the right hip tendon. If the patient is not adequately clothed around the hip joint or has sat on a cold stone surface, it is very likely that the deep fascia and muscles around the right hip joint or the synovial membrane inside the joint will become sterile and inflamed, thus causing pain. It is also possible that the tendons and ligaments around the right hip joint are strained. If a patient falls while walking on a wet road or is forced to do something like splits and lands on the right side, it is very likely that the tendons around the right hip joint will be strained and cause pain.
