Criteria for endothelial thickening at age 65

In women who are menopausal at age 65, an endometrial thickness of less than 4 mm is normal, and if it is more than 4 mm, it may be endometrial thickening.
Due to the lower hormone levels in menopausal women, the endometrium will not proliferate and shed under the hormonal cycle, but will be in a weaker state. Generally, in menopausal women, the endometrium is under 4mm. If it is more than 4mm, it means that the endometrium is thickened and further examination is needed.
Endometrial pathology may lead to endometrial thickening. Menopausal women with endometrial thickening should actively seek medical attention for examination to rule out malignant diseases, and further management and treatment according to the examination results.
