For pediatric antirheumatic 80-100 mg/kg daily, in 3-4 times; pediatric Kawasaki disease initial 80-100 mg/kg daily, in 3-4 times; after the fever subsides for 2-3 days, 30 mg/kg daily, in 3-4 times, for 2 months or more, thrombocytosis or hypercoagulability of blood, 5-10 mg/kg daily, once a day. Application of the drug can cause dyspepsia, abdominal pain, gastrointestinal bleeding, cerebral hemorrhage and other adverse reactions. It is contraindicated in people who are allergic to aspirin or other salicylates, or any other components of the drug; active peptic ulcers; bleeding disorders; severe cardiac, hepatic and renal failure.
