Laryngeal cancer, a malignant tumor occurring in the mucosal epithelium of the larynx, is one of the common malignant tumors in otorhinolaryngology, and is prevalent in the northeast region. In some advanced laryngeal cancer patients who have no chance of surgery, when the tumor does not invade subglottis or invades a part of subglottis and there is still enough space from the thoracic inlet, usually we will do tracheotomy, which can avoid respiratory difficulties of laryngeal cancer. Of course, there are a few patients whose invasion is too large, which makes tracheotomy very risky, and there is no good solution for this kind of patients so far.
