Is there a cure for recurrent diffuse large b lymphoma?

After relapse of diffuse large b-cell lymphoma, cure is still possible. It is mainly related to the sensitivity of the disease to chemotherapy. Diffuse large b-cell lymphoma is potentially curable with combination chemotherapy. However, a significant number of patients are resistant to chemotherapeutic agents or relapse after chemotherapy, most often within 2 to 3 years after the first remission, and may also relapse thereafter. Changing to a different chemotherapy regimen combined with autologous or allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation has the potential to induce remission again in relapsed patients. Drug use and transplantation should be done under medical supervision. Specific therapeutic agents include rituximab, vincristine, and cyclophosphamide. Specific diagnosis and treatment should be under the supervision of a physician.
