Facial dermatitis usually takes 1-2 weeks to recover with active treatment. Facial dermatitis includes many types, such as contact dermatitis, seborrheic dermatitis, atopic dermatitis, etc. Since most of them are inflammatory skin diseases, they are usually treated clinically with systemic antihistamines, topical weak glucocorticoid creams or calcium phosphatase inhibitors, or systemic glucocorticoids in severe cases. With the above regular treatment, recovery is usually possible in 1-2 weeks. For some specific facial dermatitis, such as atopic dermatitis, the clinical treatment is more complicated and recovery may take several years because it may be related to genetic factors. For general facial dermatitis patients, attention to protecting the skin barrier function during the onset of the disease and reducing exposure to irritating cosmetics and skin care products is conducive to a speedy recovery.
