What’s wrong with the hard bumps on the inside of the flesh of your palms?

Most of the hard bumps inside the flesh of the palm of the hand are due to the formation of foreign body granulomas after trauma. Generally after trauma, if there is a foreign body into the palm area below the skin tissue, there may be granulomatous pathological changes in the area. There may also be some subcutaneous nodules in the area, but the mechanism of this condition is generally unclear, and there may be some benign tumors in the palm area, such as sweat gland cysts in the palm area, which generally appear under the dermal tissue and may show some suppurative infection.
