A child, male 8 years old, was hospitalized with fever and cough. During hospitalization, the diagnosis of mycoplasma pneumonia was clearly made, and he was treated with azithromycin and other drugs and recovered. However, when he was discharged from the hospital, CK-MB was higher than normal, and the physician prescribed fructose and inosine tablets to be taken orally and asked to recheck in half a month. The CK-MB was 45 after half a month, which was higher than that at the time of discharge, so he came to our clinic. The child was in good spirits, happy to move, no fever, no cough, no other discomfort, red cheeks, red tongue, yellow greasy moss, moist pulse, and no abnormal urine or stool. He was given 5 doses of Chinese herbal medicine with Ganlu Disinfectant Dan as the basic formula and was re-examined after half a month. On review after half a month, the patient was still at 45, with basically the same examination as before, with a thin yellow tongue coating, red texture and fine pulse. After taking 10 doses of herbal medicine, the level dropped to 25, slightly higher than the normal value by 1 unit. On examination, the tongue was light red, the coating was thin and yellow, and the pulse was fine, so he took Fish Lian Tang as the basic formula, added Astragalus and Medlar, etc., and rechecked after 5 doses of oral medication, and returned to normal.
