How to do chest pain after exercise

The most common cause of chest pain after exercise is caused by coronary heart disease. Patients with coronary artery disease can suffer from angina pectoris due to narrowing of the coronary arteries, insufficient blood supply to the myocardium, strenuous physical activity, or emotional excitement or exertion, which can cause myocardial ischemia to worsen. In this case, we should pay attention to rest and avoid straining, and take oral nitroglycerin or nitrate drugs to dilate the coronary arteries, improve myocardial blood supply and relieve the symptoms of angina pectoris. It is also necessary to go to the hospital for electrocardiogram, cardiac ultrasound and coronary CT examination to see if there is ischemia. If there is obvious myocardial ischemia, cardiac angiography should be performed to clarify the diagnosis. If the ischemia is more serious, interventional stenting, or heart bypass surgery should be performed.
