Washing the vulva alone does not affect the leucorrhoea, and you can go to the hospital afterwards to get the leucorrhoea tested. However, if you douche your vagina, you will not be able to have the test done and it will take at least three days before you can check your leukorrhea. The vaginal douching will make the acidity of the vagina decrease, which will lead to abnormal results. You should not have intercourse within three days of having a leuko test, as the results of intercourse tests are also inaccurate. Under normal circumstances, as long as you have not douched your vagina for three days and have not had sex, you can go to the hospital to check your leukorrhea, but washing your vulva does not affect it.
