In clinical practice, ankle dislocation is mainly referred to as talar dislocation. The cause of the dislocation is a sprain of the ankle joint, which leads to a double ankle fracture and a combined talar dislocation. After successful repositioning, the patient can be given ankle joint inversion and fixed with a plaster brace or support. The patient should also be told to take oral bone catching medication to promote early recovery of the fracture, damaged ligaments and joint capsule to prevent secondary dislocation. If conservative treatment is ineffective, surgical treatment can be considered. An incision can be made under epidural anesthesia to reset the talus, and at the same time, a brace or plaster brace is also required for fixation after surgery. Therefore, the patient should be seen promptly after the occurrence of this condition, and getting the correct treatment as early as possible will cure this condition faster.
