How to treat displaced bones

Displacement of the bone is commonly seen after a fracture, a misalignment of the fracture end, and also after a dislocation of a joint, a fracture or a dislocation of a joint. It should be fixed first, either in a cast or a splint. If the plaster splinting is effective, it can be fixed for 1 month and then reviewed. If the cast or splint is unstable and does not work well, surgery should be performed. Surgery should be performed by incising the skin to expose the fracture end directly and indirectly, followed by plate screw or intramedullary nail fixation. After fixation, the fracture should be followed regularly until the plate screws are removed after the fracture has healed.
