There are many precautions for taking sacubitril valsartan sodium tablets, such as embryotoxicity, angioedema, hypotension and so on. 1. Embryotoxicity: application of this product in pregnant women may cause fetal damage, may reduce fetal renal function and increase fetal and neonatal morbidity and mortality. 2. Angioedema: If angioedema occurs during administration, it should be discontinued immediately and reapplication of the drug is prohibited. 3. Hypotension: may lower blood pressure and may cause symptomatic hypotension. The drug is contraindicated in people who are allergic to the active ingredients of the drug (sacubitril, valsartan) or to any dressing; it is contraindicated in people with hereditary, idiopathic angioedema or with a previous history of angioedema; it is also contraindicated in people with severe hepatic impairment, biliary cirrhosis, cholestasis, and women with mid- to late-stage pregnancy. There are other precautions for taking sacubitril valsartan sodium tablets such as they must not be combined with angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor drugs, and the application of this product must be started 36 hours after the last administration of angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor drugs.
