If the tooth is half broken, there are many ways to restore it clinically. If the front tooth is half broken and there is still a lot of tissue left, you can do a systematic root canal treatment on the half broken tooth and then use the remaining tooth and tissue to prepare a crown form and restore the tooth with a crown. Even if the fracture is relatively deep, the tooth can be restored by inserting a pile core into the pulp cavity where the root canal treatment was done and applying a crown on top of the pile core in the same way. If the broken part of the tooth is close to the root or even below the root, sometimes the tooth has to be extracted and restored by other methods.
