Chronic erythematous sinusitis with bile reflux is a condition in which chronic inflammatory lesions occur in the mucosa of the gastric sinuses due to various causes, and the inflammation is accompanied by bile reflux. When the gastrointestinal tract dynamics are abnormal or accompanied by diseases of the hepato-biliary tract, bile can reflux into the stomach, causing or aggravating chronic inflammation of the gastric mucosa.
Chronic erythema gastric sinusitis is mostly related to gastric Helicobacter pylori infection. It is recommended that patients improve the H. pylori test, if positive, bactericidal treatment is required, and the current recommended eradication therapy is generally 10 days or 14 days of quadruple therapy, including proton pump inhibitors, bismuth and two antibacterial drugs.
Meanwhile, patients are advised to adjust their bad living habits, quit smoking and drinking, consume less coffee and strong tea, and avoid cold and stimulating, high-fat and greasy food.
Patients are advised to go to regular hospitals to avoid delaying their condition.
