What does it mean to see a flaky density shadow in the anterior interstitial space of the liver and a lack of uniform density in the left lobe of the liver?

Flaky density shadow can be seen in the anterior hepatic space, and uneven density in the left lobe of the liver is mostly suggestive of hepatic steatosis and hepatic space-occupying lesions. Normal liver shows uniform density shadow under imaging examination, when liver steatosis, or cirrhosis, space-occupying lesions, it may show uneven density, flaky density shadow. Combined with whether the patient has jaundice, nausea, abdominal distension, loss of appetite, abdominal pain and other clinical manifestations, improve the examination of liver tumor markers such as alpha-fetoprotein, liver function, hepatitis virology and other related tests to assist diagnosis and treatment. If liver space-occupying lesions are suspected, liver MRI and other imaging tests should be performed to further clarify the diagnosis, and if necessary, liver puncture biopsy should be performed and sent for pathologic examination.
