Lizhong Pills and Ginseng and Atractylodes Pills are different in terms of composition, efficacy and main treatment.
2. Effects: Lizhong Pill can warm the middle Jiao and disperse cold (using medicine to warm the spleen and stomach to dispel cold) and strengthen the stomach; Ginseng Ling Bai Zhu Pill can strengthen the spleen and benefit qi, and resolve dampness.
3. Indications: Lizhong Pill is mainly used for the treatment of vomiting and diarrhea, indigestion, chest fullness (chest distension and discomfort) and abdominal pain caused by coldness in the spleen and stomach; Ginseng Ling Bai Zhu Pill is mainly used for the treatment of tiredness and fatigue caused by dampness in the spleen, fullness of the abdomen and loose stools (stools that are thin and not shaped), and loss of appetite.
