What is the pain in the tendons inside the buttocks?

There are several common causes of tendon pain inside the buttocks. The first one is long-term chronic strain or acute injury of the hip muscles which causes local inflammatory infiltration, congestion and edema, stimulating local pain symptoms. Second, it can be seen in lumbar spine diseases, such as lumbar disc herniation compressing the nerve roots of the lower limbs, resulting in pain in the sciatic nerve travel area of the hip. Third, it can be seen in certain hip diseases, such as ischemic necrosis of the femoral head, which can also reflexively cause hip pain. In this case, the first thing to look at is whether there is any dysfunction and whether there are other accompanying symptoms throughout the body. If the pain is only painful, braking and resting, physiotherapy, hot compresses and related blood circulation and anti-inflammatory and analgesic treatment can be applied. If the symptoms are not relieved after a week of observation, medical treatment is required.
