Uterine fibroids show equal or low signal on T1W1, low or mixed signal on T2w1, and high or equal signal around the tumor mainly on T2W1 on MRI. For patients with uterine fibroids, perfect MRI examination can clearly observe the relationship between the location and size of fibroids and the surrounding structures, and is one of the most sensitive methods to detect and diagnose fibroids. For patients with uterine fibroids, clinical symptoms may occur, such as heavy or irregular menstrual bleeding, pain, and increased leucorrhea. Patients are advised to improve ultrasound examination, hysteroscopy, routine blood test, etc., to make a clear diagnosis and then develop a reasonable plan for treatment under the guidance of doctors.
