Clinically, if a patient has eye inflammation, he or she should immediately visit an ophthalmology clinic to identify the cause of the disease and then take symptomatic treatment, either topical medication or systemic medication, depending on the severity of the condition. During the treatment period, avoid eating spicy and stimulating foods, and avoid smoking and drinking alcohol, because these bad habits may lead to further aggravation of the disease.
