2. Exfoliative Keratolysis: the cause is unknown, may be related to genetic factors, emotional factors, sweating, etc., will cause the palms of the hands or soles of the feet to appear superficial exfoliation of the stratum corneum. You can use topical retinoic acid cream, salicylic acid ointment, petroleum jelly ointment and other drugs for local treatment.
