Microscopic nodules in the lung lobes are nodular lesions of less than 5 mm found during chest CT examination. If the patient does not have symptoms such as cough, sputum, fever, chest pain, etc., the patient can be observed clinically and the CT scan of the chest can be repeated after 6 months, and if the nodule does not grow, the patient can continue to be observed clinically. If the lung nodules are found to have a tendency to grow during the review, or if the patient develops cough, chest pain, hemoptysis and other symptoms, further enhanced CT, bronchoscopy, CT-guided aspiration and other examinations should be performed at the hospital to clarify the diagnosis, and if necessary, surgical biopsy should be performed to clarify the diagnosis.
