Where to go for ADHD treatment

ADHD requires a visit to the child psychological counseling clinic of a children’s hospital, or to the child health department or growth and development department. The treatment of ADHD can be divided into medication and non-pharmacological treatment. Medication is usually chosen as central excitatory drugs, such as methylphenidate, etc., which need to be administered in a professional hospital under the guidance of a doctor, while most of the non-pharmacological treatments are through behavioral modification, cognitive-behavioral training, as well as the joint participation of parents and teachers. ADHD is mainly characterized by attention deficit, excessive activity and impulsivity, and poor control, and is more common in boys.
