Cancer bone metastasis usually occurs in the spine, proximal end of large bones, pelvis and other locations.
1. Spine, this part of metastasis is mostly seen in lung cancer and liver cancer, because it is close to the primary lesion and the blood circulation is slow, the cancer cells plant and multiply for a long time, and then metastasis of spine will finally occur, and in serious cases, paralysis or paraplegia will even occur.
2. The proximal part of large bones, commonly the proximal part of femur and humerus, which are relatively rich in blood flow, thus the cancer cells are prone to metastasis.
3. Pelvis, mainly bladder cancer, endometrial cancer and other kinds of diseases, the infiltration and metastasis of surrounding tissues will occur in the middle stage.
Cancer bone metastasis can occur in any bone, which is determined according to the site and type of lesion as well as physical condition.
