How to determine early and intermediate stages of endometrial cancer

Endometrial cancer can be judged to be in early or middle stage according to the comprehensive analysis of the infiltration depth of the tumor, the presence or absence of distant organ metastasis, the presence or absence of lymphatic metastasis, imaging, pathological biopsy and so on.
1. Early stage: endometrial cancer in early stage is confined to the uterus, and there is no distant metastasis in the uterus.
2. Intermediate stage: In the intermediate stage of endometrial cancer, the lesions infiltrate from the uterus to the cervix, but the infiltration of the cancer cells does not exceed the uterus and there is no spreading outside the uterus.
Endometrial cancer is a kind of epithelial malignant tumor occurring in the endometrium, which is prevalent in peri-menopausal and postmenopausal women, and the main clinical symptoms include irregular vaginal bleeding, abnormal vaginal discharge, lower abdominal pain, abdominal mass and so on.
In short, you should consult a doctor as soon as possible when you experience any discomfort, and complete ultrasound, hysteroscopy, segmental curettage and other related examinations as soon as possible under the doctor’s guidance, so as to achieve early detection, early diagnosis and early treatment.
