1.Silicone dressing (senka or scar dressing): cut according to the size of the wound and use it externally. Each can be reused for 1 month after cleaning every 5-7 days. If the pollution is large, the dressing loses adhesion should be cleaned or replaced immediately. The total course of treatment is 1 year to 1.5 years. It is recommended to use the dressing for 20 hours a day for as long as possible, or at night during sleep in summer when sweating is common. Within 4 hours of non-use of the dressing, the scarred skin and the dressing should be washed, either with soap, and the dressing washed and dried. During the 4 hours drying time, other medications can be used on the scar with massage treatment. After applying the medication, the skin should be massaged for 20 minutes to facilitate the full absorption of the medication.
The dressing should be fully washed when used again to apply the medication. If eczema such as itching or rash appears on the skin, stop using the dressing and continue the treatment when it improves. You can use our skin cleansing cream for topical treatment of eczema. 2.Silicone gel (Schofield or Betsy Trace): Use parts: face, hands and parts not suitable for silicone dressing. Use of people: children and other people who can not comply with the silicone dressing. Use once a day in the morning and once in the evening, the dosage should not be too large, a thin layer is sufficient, and the previous drug must be fully washed when applied again. 3.Elastic sleeve use: elastic sleeve with silicone dressing can play a fixed role and physical compression scar, reduce congestion and hyperplasia. The use time is similar to the silicone dressing, try to wear more time every day, once the elasticity is weakened or disappeared, the elastic sleeve should be replaced in time. 4.Non-silicone drugs: (Centurion cream, Conrad, Urea cream V.E., Safeguard) if used in combination with silicone dressing, refer to the first part. If such drugs are used alone, they can be used several times a day. It should be noted that: multiple drugs can be used daily, but they should be used at intervals and not applied to two drugs at one time. Before each use, the previous use of the drug should be fully washed.
