Venekra Tablets may be used in combination with Azacitidine to treat patients who are not candidates for strong induction chemotherapy due to comorbidities, or adults aged 75 years and older with acute myeloid leukemia. Adverse reactions such as nausea and vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, neutropenia, thrombocytopenia, hemorrhage, peripheral edema, malaise, rash, anemia, pneumonitis, sepsis, urinary tract infection, and febrile neutropenia may occur with administration of Venegra Tablets. It is contraindicated for those who are allergic to any of the ingredients of Vinaikra tablets, and should be used with caution in lactating women. It should be taken within 30 minutes after meals and swallowed whole, not chewed, crushed or broken.
