Stoned girls usually refer to abnormal development of the female reproductive organs. Most of them are caused by genetic mutations that lead to chromosomal variations, resulting in abnormal development of the reproductive organs, or the use of drugs during pregnancy that affect the development of the fetus. Clinically, the symptoms exhibited by such women mainly include: 1. Menstrual abnormalities: women who are born without a uterus or with a primordial uterus (1-3 cm uterus without endometrium), without a uterine cavity or with a small uterine cavity, usually show symptoms of no menstrual flow. In case of infantile uterus, they may present with dysmenorrhea, less frequent menstruation, or symptoms of amenorrhea. Patients may also have double uterus, ectopic uterus, etc., all of which may affect the patient’s menstruation; 2. Inability to have sex: abnormal vaginal development mainly includes congenital absence of vagina, vaginal atresia, which makes women unable to have sex, mainly manifesting as difficulty in performing intercourse; 3. This may affect ovulation, endocrine disorders, infertility and other symptoms. However, it should be noted that there may be pseudo-genital abnormalities, i.e., hymenal atresia or vaginal diaphragm only, but also the absence of menstruation, and the retention of menstrual blood may cause pain in the abdomen, as well as difficulty in sexual life and pregnancy. However, such women have normal ovaries and uterus in their bodies, and after surgical treatment, they can improve their menstrual problems and be able to have normal sexual intercourse and get pregnant. Therefore, women with symptoms of abnormal development of the reproductive organs should actively go to the hospital for treatment, and such symptoms can be corrected and treated for married life. Early detection, diagnosis and treatment can effectively improve a woman’s quality of life.
