Brainstem Hemorrhage Coma Awakening Signs

Symptoms of brainstem hemorrhage coma and awakening include the following: First, the patient’s consciousness gradually improves, which is mainly assessed by the Glasgow score. If the Glasgow score rises to nine and above, it proves that the patient has symptoms of awakening. If the patient has to comply with the action, such as letting the patient elevate one side of the limb the patient can perform and can be well cooperated with, it means that the patient has signs of awakening. Second, the patient’s imaging tests show that the symptoms are gradually improving, for example, head CT and magnetic resonance imaging show that there is no new rebleeding of the brainstem hemorrhage, no hydrocephalus, etc. Third, hematological tests show that the patient is gradually improving. Thirdly, hematological examination indicates that the symptoms are improving, such as blood routine, coagulation set, liver and kidney function, calcitoninogen and other indexes are gradually becoming normal. All of the above are the precursors of awakening from coma of brainstem hemorrhage.
