How to treat vulvar melanoma

Vulvar melanoma can be treated by surgery and supplemented with radiotherapy, chemotherapy, immunotherapy and so on.
1. Surgery: melanoma belongs to malignant tumors, and its treatment principle is mainly based on surgery, early stage can take local lesion enlargement excision, and patients with advanced stage need to choose extensive vulvectomy and inguinal lymphatic cleansing.
2. 3. Immunotherapy: commonly used drugs include interleukin, alpha interferon, etc., which can hinder the proliferation of tumor cells.
