How to avoid overeating in children

Binge eating by children can be avoided by parents by controlling the amount of food their babies eat, eating a balanced diet, and taking their babies outdoors often.
1. Control the amount of baby’s diet: Parents are advised to let their babies develop the habit of having meals on time, reasonably arranging the amount of each meal for their babies, and not letting their babies overindulge, as well as reducing the number of snacks they buy for their babies, including too many fruits, nuts, and so on.
2. Eat a balanced diet: parents should reasonably arrange the baby’s three meals, carbohydrates, proteins and fats should be consumed, not just one kind of food.
3. Often take the baby to outdoor activities: it is recommended that parents should often take the child to outdoor activities, do not let the child has been staying at home, this can let the baby score attention, do not think about eating all the time, but also can cultivate the baby’s interest, so that the baby feel physically and mentally happy.
