Small bumps on blood vessels are mainly considered as lesions occurring in superficial veins, which may be hemangiomas, varicose veins, etc., and should be promptly consulted to find out the causes.
1. Venous hemangioma: due to the expansion and enlargement of blood vessel diameter, the blood vessels have benign lesions. Usually, venous hemangioma has no blood vessel breakage and bleeding. If there is dilatation of blood vessels, large amount of pigmentation of the surrounding skin, accompanied by hemangioma breakage and bleeding after persistent observation, surgical treatment, intravascular injection of sclerosing agent treatment can be carried out.
2. Varicose veins: Due to the stagnation of blood and the expansion of blood vessels, thrombosis occurs, which may be manifested as bulging veins, leading to the occurrence of thrombosed superficial phlebitis, and the patient may consciously realize that the blood vessels bulge with a small lump, so varicose vein stripping is needed for treatment.
If any abnormality is found, it is recommended to go to the hospital in time. If the hemangioma is large, it is recommended to remove it surgically as soon as possible to avoid delaying the condition and causing discomfort and aggravation.
