Gastric impression cell carcinoma is very difficult to be cured, with high malignant degree and fast development speed, and it is often found to be in advanced stage with poor prognosis.
Gastric cancer belongs to a kind of adenocarcinoma, the proportion of intracellular cell plasma increases, the cell nucleus is pushed to one side, and it is “ring-like”; most of the lesions do not have special symptoms in the early stage, and they are just ordinary gastritis-like changes, which are not easy to be found, and they are often found to be in the late stage; and the lesions themselves have fast development, malignant degree, and poor effect of radiotherapy, so it is very difficult to cure overall. Moreover, the rapid development of the lesion, malignant degree, radiotherapy and chemotherapy are all relatively poor, and it is very difficult to be cured.
If found in early stage, indolent cell carcinoma can be resected by radical surgery and treated with postoperative adjuvant radiotherapy (cisplatin, etc.), and standardized treatment can be carried out under the guidance of clinicians to prolong the survival time as much as possible.
