Contact bleeding after intercourse can be considered as cervical inflammation, cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN), cervical cancer, etc. Cervical intraepithelial neoplasia can be classified into grades I-III, of which high-grade CIN is a pre-cancerous lesion, and the pathogenesis is mainly closely related to the persistence of high-risk HPV infection, and the transformed area is the favored site for CIN and cervical cancer. Clinical diagnosis can be made by cervical thin layer liquid-based cytology, HPV test, colposcopy and cervical biopsy, and CINI grade can be observed temporarily, while CINII-CINIII need to be treated with LEEP knife or cervical conical resection. Tissue delivery if the result suggests cervical cancer, cervical cancer treatment surgery is required.
