Leg tremor is a common symptom, if seen in middle-aged and elderly people, it should be taken seriously and may be Parkinson’s disease, if only a single leg tremor without any other symptoms, it is not Parkinson’s disease. In Parkinson’s disease, most of the leg tremors start from one limb and gradually spread to other limbs, both upper and lower limbs are possible, and in addition to the tremors, most of them are accompanied by motor retardation and muscle ankylosis, which can be manifested as signs such as reduced facial expression, panic gait, and writing too small. If a young person, or a middle-aged or elderly person has no other symptoms but leg tremors, most of them are related to mental stress and other factors. Idiopathic tremor can also be manifested as tremors of the upper limbs, lower limbs or head and face, and its etiology and pathogenesis are not very clear, and may be related to genetic or environmental factors.
