1. 3. Treatment: Children with fever of 39.4 degrees Celsius may be caused by infectious factors, such as bacteria, viruses, mycoplasma, parasites and other pathogens. For bacterial infections, antibacterial drugs such as cefixime and amoxicillin should be used in accordance with the doctor’s instructions; if caused by influenza virus, antiviral drugs such as oseltamivir can be applied.
It may also be caused by non-infectious factors, such as leukemia and other blood diseases, dermatomyositis and other connective tissue diseases, which should be combined with the signs and symptoms of a comprehensive examination to determine the cause of the disease and carry out targeted treatment.
