Cerebral infarction in patients in their 30s must be treated at an ultra early stage. If thrombolysis is given to the patient within the time window of thrombolysis, so that the thrombus in the blood vessel will be dissolved, the patient’s cerebral infarction can be completely cured without leaving any after-effects. If the patient’s blood vessel is not in good condition or misses the time window for thrombolysis, some of the symptoms of neurological deficits may remain, but the patient’s infarction symptoms will gradually improve through active treatment. Fiber-lowering, anticoagulation, antiplatelet, and cerebral protection programs can be used to save the patient’s ischemic semidark band and reduce the symptoms of neurological deficits. If the patient still has sequelae such as unfavorable limb movement or paralysis, visual field defects, etc. after active treatment, the symptoms can be alleviated by systematic rehabilitation therapy in the Department of Rehabilitation.
