Children’s underarm drowning (i.e. “dipping”) may be caused by physiological reasons, may also be related to pathological reasons, such as eczema or ringworm, after diagnosis can be general treatment as well as medication, the cause of the disease is different, the use of drugs is also different. 1. When the child’s armpit appeared impregnation, can use 3% boric acid solution wet compress; to be localized without oozing, can follow the doctor’s instructions for external use of mometasone furoate cream and other glucocorticosteroid ointment; itching is serious, but also can follow the doctor’s instructions for oral loratadine and other antihistamine drugs. (2) Tinea corporis: red spots, pimples, blisters, etc. can appear in the armpits, which can also be accompanied by oozing, itching and other symptoms, and excessive scratching can also cause localized breakage and erosion. If the diagnosis of ringworm is confirmed, when local maceration occurs, boric acid solution can be used as wet compresses first, and when the local dryness occurs, antifungal drugs can be applied, such as terbinafine hydrochloride cream, etc., and oral antifungal drugs can be taken as prescribed by the doctor in case of seriousness.
