Symptoms of peritoneal metastasis of gallbladder cancer may include abdominal pain, abdominal fluid accumulation, nausea and vomiting, emaciation and fatigue. 1. Abdominal pain: peritoneal metastasis of gallbladder cancer multiplies and stimulates peritoneum and nerve endings, causing abdominal pain, which can be chronic dull pain or strong stabbing pain. 2.
