Your recuperation environment should be quiet and comfortable, keep the temperature appropriate, pay attention to ventilation, keep the indoor air fresh, and avoid catching a cold. 2.Keep a good psychological state, avoid tension and excitement. Appropriate participation in exercise, enhance self-confidence, a happy mood is conducive to the recovery of the disease. 3, the recovery period should be prohibited from smoking and alcohol, spicy and stimulating food, should choose a diet rich in vitamins, protein (such as fresh fruits, vegetables, fish, lean meat, etc.) to strengthen the body, to promote the recovery of the disease. 4.Keep your mouth clean and hygienic, develop the good habit of brushing your teeth in the morning and evening and rinsing your mouth after meals. 5.Avoid squeezing and collision of the nose. Remove the bad habit of picking nose and blowing nose vigorously. 6.When you go out in winter and spring, you can wear a mask to reduce the stimulation of pollen and cold air on the nasal mucosa. 7.Use nasal irrigator correctly, take medication on time as prescribed by the doctor, flush the nose and dab the nose to ensure a clear airway and moist nasal cavity to prevent infection and bleeding. 8.Patients with nasal bleeding should be prevented according to the cause of bleeding. Such as regular blood pressure measurement and active treatment of medical diseases. 9.Postoperative nasal endoscopy should be performed regularly so that the doctor can understand the recovery of the surgical wound and dispose of the surgical cavity in time.
