Therefore, shoulder and back pain can be relieved by rest, hot compresses, oral painkillers and cervical spine exercises. Usually patients take back CT without obvious abnormalities. Therefore, lung cancer and cervical spondylosis causing shoulder and back pain are not the same, and patients can distinguish the two by the above methods.
