How to take abatacept tablets

Apatadamine tablets are administered orally and need to be swallowed whole; they can be taken alone or with food. The drug is an androgen receptor inhibitor that binds directly to the ligand-binding domain of the androgen receptor. The drug is used clinically for the treatment of adult patients with metastatic endocrine therapy-sensitive prostate cancer, and adult patients with non-metastatic desmoplasia-resistant prostate cancer who are at high risk of metastasis. Patients have experienced adverse reactions such as hypertension, flushing, diarrhea, decreased appetite, rash, and arthralgia with the drug. It is contraindicated in persons who are hypersensitive to the active ingredient or any excipients of the product; it is contraindicated in women who are pregnant or planning to become pregnant. Caution should be exercised in patients with ischemic heart disease, ischemic cerebrovascular disease and epilepsy; management of risk factors, such as hypertension, diabetes mellitus or dyslipidemia, should be strengthened during the use of the drug. If you need to use the drug, it should be used under the guidance of a specialist, not self-medication to avoid adverse reactions.
