Clinical measures for treating scabies vary depending on the specific condition of the patient, and there is no simplest way. Clinical treatment of scabies includes general treatment, medication, other treatments and so on.
1. General treatment: scabies is a contagious skin disease, once diagnosed should pay attention to isolation, comprehensive disinfection of their clothing and living environment. Patients should maintain hygiene and cleanliness, and develop good living habits. Meanwhile, family members should be examined and treated.
2. Drug treatment: 10% sulfur ointment, 5% triclopyr and other drugs can be used externally as prescribed by the doctor to kill scabies and mites; oral benadryl, loratadine and other antihistamines to relieve itching symptoms.
3. Other treatments: When the scabies nodules are difficult to subside, liquid nitrogen cryotherapy can be used, the skin lesions within the closed adjuvant therapy and other treatment methods.
If you need to treat scabies, you should go to the hospital immediately, and actively cooperate with the doctor’s treatment, do not do it by yourself.
