There is no difference between uneven and non-uniform endometrium, meaning that after gynecological ultrasound examination, it is found that some parts of the endometrium are thinner, while some parts are thicker. When the endometrium has irregular peeling, inflammation, or even adhesions, or there is overgrowth or polyp formation, the endometrium will transform and show a strong echogenic state. The strongly echogenic state will appear as uneven or non-uniform echoes on ultrasound examination. Uneven or uneven echogenicity of the endometrium does not necessarily mean that there is a problem. If it is accompanied by irregular vaginal bleeding, fluid discharge and other abnormalities, it is recommended that you consult a doctor in a timely manner, and under the guidance of the doctor, complete the relevant examinations to determine the cause of the disease and symptomatic treatment.
