Prevacid is effective in relieving chronic low back pain. It can cure low back pain. It should be especially noted that at present, the domestic drug specification has not made it clear that Pregabalin can treat low back pain, but there have been research results for many years in foreign countries. It can provide us with relevant references. Since 2010, Pregabalin has been approved for the treatment of neuropathic pain in Japan. Recently, Prof. Tomoko and others conducted a study, which found that Pregabalin was effective and well tolerated in patients with low back pain accompanied by depression. The results of this study were published on January 16, 2014 in the Japanese Journal of Orthopaedics. Pregabalin has been used for the clinical management of neuropathic pain in many countries. The results of this study suggest that pregabalin may be effective in relieving chronic low back pain, especially in patients with chronic low back pain who do not improve with conservative treatment, are insensitive to NSAIDs (nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs), and are depressed. If low back pain occurs, the cause of the disease needs to be clarified before choosing the appropriate medication, and it is contraindicated in patients who are allergic to Pregabalin.
