Transferase is usually referred to as transaminase, and there are usually two types of aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase and glutamate aminotransferase, whose normal values are usually in the range of 0-40 U/L, and a transaminase of 80 U/L may take about 1~2 weeks to slowly decline.
Transaminase is a common enzyme in the liver. If the value of transaminase reaches 80U/L, it may be a sign of liver damage, or it may be related to overwork and oily diet.
If the transaminase value reaches 80U/L, you can take proper rest and light diet for active observation, or you can follow the doctor’s instructions to take diammonium glycyrrhizinate, biphenyl dibenzoate and other liver-protecting medicines for proper treatment, and then after 1~2 weeks of review, the transaminase index will usually return to the normal range.
Transaminase is a relatively sensitive indicator, if the examination found that the transaminase reaches 80U / L, you can actively observe or take medication to regulate, if the value continues to rise to 200 or even 300U / L, it is likely to be seen in hepatitis, cirrhosis and other diseases, the need for timely medical examination and regular treatment.
